A commercial stick blender for soups, sauces, purees and batters made in the pot they are cooked in. The 750 W copper motor runs from 8,000 to 20,000 rpm with variable speed control, the 406 mm shaft twists off and the blade is 304 stainless and dishwasher safe. There is a lock button for long jobs, an overheat cut-out, and it is designed to hang on a wall between uses.

Twist the shaft onto the motor body, plug in, and it is ready. It is designed to hang on a wall between uses, at a height where the shaft clears the bench.
A stick blender built for stockpots, not saucepans, with the motor and the reach to finish a batch of soup where it stands.
The motor is a 750 W copper-wound unit, which is what separates a commercial stick blender from a domestic one. Speed runs from 8,000 to 20,000 rpm on a variable control, so a chunky vegetable soup gets a slow start and a hollandaise gets everything it has. The 406 mm shaft reaches deep into a stockpot without the motor body going anywhere near the liquid.
The shaft twists off the motor body, and the blade goes in the dishwasher. The blade is 304 stainless, the grip is rubberised, and there is a lock button so a long job does not mean a cramped hand. Overheat protection stops it before it cooks itself.
What this usually leaves the warehouse with.

Speed is adjustable across the range, so you can start low for breaking down cooked vegetables without spattering and go to full speed for emulsions and smoothies. The lock button holds it on for a big batch, and the rubber grip keeps it steady when the pot is hot and the hand is wet.

A 406 mm shaft puts the blade deep in a stockpot with the motor well clear of the rim, and the sealed shaft keeps food residue out of the drive. Choose the 508 mm shaft for taller stockpots and bratt pans.

The shaft twists off, the blade goes straight in the dishwasher, and the motor body wipes clean. It is designed to hang on a wall so the blender lives off the bench, out of the way and out of the wash-up. It is the difference between a tool that gets used and one that lives in a drawer.
Speeds are at no load. Run it in five minute stretches with two minutes rest, which is longer than most batches take.
Same motor body and blade on both. Pick the shaft by your tallest pot; the 508 mm reaches further into deep stockpots and bratt pans.

Ready to use out of the box.
Yes. That is what the long shaft and the 750 W motor are for. Start on low speed to break the vegetables down, then bring it up to smooth it out. Keep each run inside the five minute limit and rest it for two.
The blade can. Twist the shaft off the motor body first. The motor body wipes clean with a damp cloth; never put it in water.
That is the overheat cut-out doing its job. The motor is rated for five minutes on and two minutes off. Let it cool and it restarts. If you routinely need longer runs, blend in two batches rather than one.
It weighs 4.2 kg with the accessories, which is typical for a commercial unit with a proper motor. The rubber grip and the lock button mean you are not squeezing a trigger for the whole job.
If you use standard stockpots, the 406 mm. If you use very tall stockpots or blend in a bratt pan, the 508 mm. Both use the same motor body.
