Every item carries a 12 month manufacturer's warranty from the date of delivery, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. It does not cover damage from misuse, modification, commercial overloading beyond the rated capacity, or normal wear on consumables like blades and seals. To claim, email support@ovsupplies.com.au with your order number, a description and photos; we handle the claim with the manufacturer for you and arrange repair, replacement or refund.
