Where we deliver. Addresses in New South Wales, the ACT, Victoria, Queensland, South Australia and Western Australia, except some regional and remote postcodes. Checkout confirms your postcode before you pay. We do not deliver to Tasmania or the Northern Territory yet.
Cost. Delivery is free to every address we deliver to.
Timing. Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 business days. Most items arrive 2 to 6 business days after dispatch. Large or heavy items, roughly anything over 30 kg or longer than 2.7 m, travel by freight and can take 10 to 15 business days. You receive tracking by email when it leaves.
Heavy items. Freight deliveries are to the door or kerb by a carrier; the driver will not carry items inside, so have a second person on hand for anything over 25 kg.
Damage. Check the carton on arrival. If anything is damaged, photograph it and email support@ovsupplies.com.au within 48 hours and we will replace or refund.
