A hard-sided 49 litre cooler that holds ice for up to six days. The walls carry 64 mm of closed-cell foam and the lid shuts onto a silicone seal, so what you pack cold on Monday is still cold on Saturday. It takes around fifty 355 mL cans, comes with a dry goods basket and a divider, and weighs 9.3 kg empty. No assembly; rinse it out and pack it.
Free delivery to most of NSW, ACT, VIC, QLD, SA and WA; postcode confirmed at checkout. Return within 30 days in the original packaging for a full refund.
Nothing to assemble. Wash the inside with warm soapy water, rinse and dry before the first trip. The basket sits in the top of the tub and the divider slots in beside it; both lift straight out when you want the whole 49 litres.
A cooler you can pack on a Monday, drive a long way with, and still find ice in on Saturday afternoon.
The walls and lid carry 64 mm of closed-cell foam, and the lid closes onto a silicone seal rather than bare plastic, which is where most coolers lose their cold. Packed with ice and kept shut, it holds for up to six days. Inside there is room for about fifty 355 mL cans, or the drinks and the food for a weekend with the lot spread between the basket and the tub.
Empty it weighs 9.3 kg, so one person can carry it out to the car. The body is hard moulded plastic with a heavy moulded handle, non-slip feet so it stays where you put it on a boat or a tray, and a cup holder pressed into the lid.
What this usually leaves the warehouse with.

That is true of most coolers, which is why this one closes onto a commercial-grade silicone seal and a quick-flip latch that pulls the lid down evenly all the way along. Behind the seal sit 64 mm of closed-cell foam in the lid and the walls. Shut it properly, keep it out of direct sun, and it holds ice for up to six days.

Melt water is what ruins the sandwiches. The dry goods basket hangs at the top of the tub, above the ice, and takes bread, chips, fruit and anything else you do not want sitting in water. The divider splits the rest of the space, so the drinks stay on one side and the meat for the barbecue on the other, and you are not digging for either.

At 648 × 430 × 450 mm it sits across the boot of most wagons and under a ute tray cover. Non-slip pads on the base keep it steady on a boat floor or a trailer. On the deck at home it works as a drinks tub for an afternoon and a seat for whoever arrives last, and the moulded cup holder in the lid takes a glass while you are serving.
Ice life depends on how cold things are when you pack them and how often the lid comes off. Chill the cooler and the contents first and the six days are realistic.
One size. The basket and the divider are included in the price and both lift out when you want the full 49 litres for ice.

Six days is the manufacturer's figure and it assumes you help it along. Chill the cooler overnight, pack drinks that are already cold, fill the space around them with ice rather than air, and keep the lid shut. A hot cooler filled with warm cans on a 35 degree day will not get there.
About fifty 355 mL cans with no ice, or a weekend of drinks and food for four with ice through it. The dry goods basket sits above the water line for bread and fruit, and the divider keeps the drinks away from anything you would rather not have swimming.
It measures 648 × 430 × 450 mm, so it sits across the boot of most wagons and fits under a ute tray cover. Measure the gap between your wheel arches if you plan to lay it flat in a small hatchback, and remember it needs 450 mm of headroom to open the lid.
It will cope, but the ice will not last as long. Shade makes a real difference over a few days, so park it under the verandah, a gazebo or a towel rather than in full sun, and keep the lid closed between drinks.
Warm water and a mild detergent, then rinse and leave the lid open until the inside is completely dry. Leaving it shut while damp is what makes a cooler smell. A little bicarbonate of soda in warm water shifts any smell that has already taken hold.
